Survey Research
451 Alliance members donated their time and attention by taking online surveys about how they are facing today’s technical and organizational challenges. Their collective contributions resulted in successful execution of 53 separate research studies this year – that’s more than one per week! Topics included:

Research Interviews
Our In-Depth Interviews (IDIs) form the qualitative side of 451 Alliance research. Members spoke on the phone with our research analysts to share their experience, adding a human perspective to the sea of data.
In 2021, a total of 197 IDIs were conducted with members. Their input went into the publication of 33 studies.
Research Results
As always, we share the research results with members in exchange for their participation. Those results came in the form of research reports, live webinars with analysts, member digests and blog posts. Supplemental research results were also shared with members via curated newsletters such as our MacroEmerging Update newsletter and Alliance Market Insight.
